With our small town on the TEDx map, we have a world wide reach letting us provide a platform to show the global community what Lake Tahoe has to offer.

The half-day event will feature a number of guests who will speak for around 11-18 minutes about noteworthy topics in areas that reflect Lake Tahoe's rich culture, ideas and people.

What is TEDx? In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created TEDx, a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. The TED Conference provides general guidance and format, but individual TEDx events, including ours, are created, selected and promoted by local volunteers.
